The supplied source deck is HolyCrab-Short-Drama-Partner-JA-EN.pptx dated 10 September 2026. Its private local path is intentionally omitted. The long-form drama Hou Xi You Ji is a third-party industry reference from that deck, not a HolyCrab production. At Bruce’s request, the first 45 seconds of the supplied trailer are included for workshop discussion, retaining Hunan TV / Mango TV branding. No stock chart is redistributed.

Grok CLI located these original posts. All five original pages were read back in Chrome for author, date and model wording on12September2026. Own-photo/identity statements and model attribution are the posters’ claims; no independent identity or authorization-file verification was performed. Firstthree have own-person input/subject claims; lasttwo show generated-character workflows. Full video/audio QA was not completed. The five third-party candidate videos are not bundled; the HolyCrab-posted H3 MV selected separately by Bruce is included below. Finaltwo selection remains pending.

## Model evidence

HolyCrab 0.3.0 help and its capability snapshot dated 22 August 2026 were inspected. Live free estimates checked on 12 September: H3 6s 768P 60 credits; Seedance 2.5 6s 480p 83; 720p 181. These 6s comparisons use16:9 text-only input. New main-exercise free estimates: Seedance2.5 480p10s139credits;15s209;30s418.10s×2=278;one10sretry brings total417 within500. A reference request and a first-frame-only request were estimated. Mixing firstFrameAssetId with imageAssetIds returnedHTTP400. Actual personal portrait and derived-frame tasks must be re-estimated. The real-person A→derivedframe→sameauthorizedgroup→B chain was not generated during preparation. These are quotes, not final settlements. No paid workshop preparation generation was run. H3 schema omits generateAudio; that does not mean the model cannot generate native audio.

## Reusable teaching methods

Continuity state and asset lineage follow the local storyboard-continuity skill. Direction references include video-director by Serge Shima, CC-BY-4.0, https://github.com/smixs/visual-skills . Workshop prompts and code are original teaching material. The local frame tool reads a selected file using the browser; uploading its PNG to HolyCrab is a separate participant action.

The workshop inference is that AI long-form video has entered a real production and broadcast workflow. No model, cost or ratings attribution is asserted.
- `assets/holycrab-h3-mv.mp4` / `.jpg`: first 30 seconds of [HolyCrab’s H3 MV post](https://x.com/holycrabAI/status/2098092554093039735). `assets/holycrab-h3-mv-full.mp4` contains the full source duration, transcoded from the 720p X version to 480px width for the portable workshop kit. Post read back in browser; identifies MiniMax H3 and tags 中国人能飞 / 揽佬 / 八方来财. This is a model demonstration posted by HolyCrab, not a verified official artist commission. The post does not disclose the original prompts, complete edit workflow or generation count.
- Visual review: 12 sampled frames from each source/excerpt; retained original logos and embedded captions. No lyric transcription or frame-perfect lip-sync review was performed.
