# Brief: a 15-second product video

**Project:** DEMO-QINGLAN-01  
**Brand:** Qinglan / 晴嵐, a fictional brand  
**Context:** a fictional HolyCrab workflow for teaching agent task delegation.

## Desired result

Plan a vertical **9:16**, **15-second** product video, made of three **5-second** shots. Keep the product appearance consistent. The final shot must leave at least **2 seconds** for the ending message.

目標：十五秒豎屏產品短片，三個五秒鏡頭，產品一致，結尾文字至少兩秒。

## This exercise's scope

Read the candidate CSV and review rubric. Produce these three files:

- `candidate-review.csv`: candidate ID, shot ID, status, reason and next action for every record.
- `shot-plan.md`: eligible candidate for each shot, missing items and whether the project is ready.
- `summary.md`: status counts and decisions or information needed from a person.

Only analyze the provided records and write local outputs. No video files are provided, so record compliance is not visual approval. Do not call paid APIs, generate videos, contact anyone or publish anything. A person approves direction, spending and final release in a real project.
